Retail, fully assembled MPCS Computers desktop computer systems and barebones are covered by three (3) year labor, limited three (3) year parts, and lifetime tech-support warranties.CDRW, DVDRW optical drives and certain cases and power supplies are warranted for one (1) year only, unless otherwise specified. We will supply you a replacement if merchandise is defective except for software. No refunds or credits.

• Returns must have all original packaging and accessories.

• Buyer must send email with tracking information.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
• Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer expense.

• Please allow 2-3 business days after payment is received for your system to be shipped
• Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost

• Order Cancellations can only be placed within 24 hours after purchase has been made. No refunds are accepted after that.
